Chris Zazzetti

I’m Chris Zazzetti, a creative strategist focused on building the systems, teams, and infrastructure that support real creative work.

My background is in building studios from the ground up—developing physical spaces, assembling teams, and establishing workflows that support consistent, high-quality creative output.

Although I enjoy working on my own ideas and content, a large passion of mine has always been helping other people create. That perspective shapes how I approach my work: practical, infrastructure first, and grounded in how creative work actually gets made, not how it looks on paper.

I’m one of the people behind The Box – Media Production Space, a 3,000-square-foot studio in Indianapolis built as a working environment for filmmakers, photographers, musicians, and digital creators. The space was developed through use and iteration, and it continues to evolve through developing partnerships.

Much of my current work involves consulting with creator-focused spaces and companies that want to build or restructure internal media teams. I help define studio models, team structures, and production workflows that align creative capacity with business goals. I’m focused on building systems that are sustainable, scalable, and designed to support the people doing the work.
